Currently, we offer shipping services for products within Islamabad and select nearby areas. For customers outside our delivery range, we encourage you to visit our store at Office No. 27, Block B, Khudadad Heights, Sector E-11, Islamabad, where you can personally pick up your items.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees will vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
- Within Islamabad: For local deliveries within Islamabad, we offer competitive shipping rates.
- Outside Islamabad: For deliveries outside of Islamabad, shipping charges will be calculated based on the destination and weight of the items.
3. Delivery Time
- Local Deliveries (Islamabad): We aim to deliver your order within 1 to 3 business days after purchase, depending on the product’s availability and your location.
- Outside Islamabad: Shipping for orders outside Islamabad may take between 5 to 7 business days, depending on the delivery location and the courier service.
Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a business day will typically be processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
